John-Lucas, Cassidy, and children
Our Story
John-Lucas (“JL”) and Cassidy first met in Orange County, California in 2015, and were married in June 2017. Their journey took them to Pocatello, Idaho, where Cassidy earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Idaho State University, and then to Phoenix, Arizona for her residency at the Phoenix VA. During their time in Arizona, JL worked as a General Manager with a very successful, family-owned business for over four years. Throughout those years they welcomed three beautiful children. After the birth of their third, they felt called back home to Livingston, Tennessee to be closer to family. After purchasing their first home in Mesa, Arizona, JL discovered a true passion and talent for remodeling and home improvement. Over the years, he expanded his skills through hands-on renovations, property flips, and apprenticeship work in various crafts. With support from Cassidy—who helps operate the administrative aspect of things —the couple made the decision to start JLC Property Solutions, combining JL’s craftsmanship with the small-town service and values they believe in.
